Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) Level 1
Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) is a powerful system for addressing imbalances in the body’s structure through a series of stretches and mobilizations. This certification teaches you how to help clients relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore balance. It’s an essential tool for practitioners working with clients dealing with chronic pain, mobility issues, or postural problems.
Introduction to Connective Tissue
This course introduces the principles of working with the body’s connective tissues, or fascia, which can greatly impact movement, flexibility, and pain. You’ll learn foundational techniques for releasing fascial tension and promoting better mobility, making this course perfect for massage therapists and bodywork practitioners aiming to offer more targeted therapeutic care. KCR level 1 is a prerequisite.
Advanced Postural Energetics
This course dives deep into the relationship between posture and energy flow in the body. Combining physical posture correction with energetic rebalancing techniques, this training is ideal for therapists looking to offer a holistic approach to healing and well-being. Upon certification, you’ll be able to offer clients a powerful method for releasing both physical and energetic blockages. KCR 1 and Intro to Connective Tissue is a prerequisite.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
This certification course teaches the art of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), a gentle, effective technique for enhancing the body’s lymphatic system.
