Over the past decade, my journey as a therapist has evolved from remedial and sports massage into a deep, holistic exploration of the body’s interconnected systems—especially the often-overlooked lymphatic and glymphatic systems.

I work with clients to uncover the root cause of chronic conditions, guiding them through full-body system approaches that combine structural, energetic, and emotional modalities. Whether it's restoring balance after injury, enhancing sports performance, or navigating complex chronic health issues, I bring a tailored, intuitive, and evidence-informed approach to every session.

The mind-body connection is at the heart of everything I do. My ever-expanding toolkit includes advanced lymphatic therapy, fascia release, buccal and facial sculpting, and more—designed to support healing on every level: physical, emotional, and energetic.

  • 60 min - £90

    Brazilian body sculpting is a massage technique that involves firm, intense movements to shape the body and improve lymphatic drainage. It can be performed by hand or with equipment like rollers and suction cups. This is not suitable for clients with an impaired lymphatic system such as lymphedema - please book manual lymphatic session for this. BLD is for any abdominal post op especially tummy tucks and liposuction to reduce seromas and scaring. 60 min session or 90 min session including face sculpting.

  • 60min £90

    A specialized technique designed to support recovery after cosmetic or surgical procedures. This treatment gently stimulates the lymphatic system to reduce swelling, ease discomfort, and prevent fluid build-up while promoting circulation and natural healing. The result is a smoother, more contoured appearance and an accelerated recovery process. This is an essential treatment post cosmetic abdominal surgeries to prevent seromas and other complications.

  • 30min - £50

    This 30min express sculpting treatment will focus on the abdominal area. Improving digestion, lymphatic flow but also working to get that highly desired "snatched" look

  • 90min - £85

    This 90 minute session includes assessment and treatment of areas which could be the route of your pain. Various modalities will be used to treat. All new clients or new complaints must have an initial 90min appointment.

  • 60min - £60

    If you are a returning client with a new pain complaint or have not visited for 3 months plus - please book 90min option.

    These 1 hour appointments are only for a follow up appointment if you have already seen me within 12 weeks for ongoing treatment recently. £60

  • I do not offer a standalone glymph treatment as it is assessed with the lymphatic system as a whole. If you are interested in better brain health and how that can improve many areas of your life, please book ADVANCED LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

    After reviewing your consultation form, I will advise on lymphatic or Glymphatic work that is most suited to you and your current challenge. There is a range of different techniques that can be used. Most therapists are only trained in MLD. At Body Kinect you have the opportunity to take advantage of the vast training I have undertaken in this amazing system to help you get well. This includes viseral organ manipulation.

    Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels.

  • Scar Tissue Therapy – £60 (60 mins)

    Scar tissue can create tension, restriction, and discomfort, often affecting movement and overall wellbeing. This specialised 60-minute treatment includes direct work to mobilise, soften, and improve the scar itself, alongside realignment techniques to bring the body back into balance. Lymphatic drainage is advised to support the body’s natural healing processes and promote optimum health, should you wish to include please book a 90 min appointment under "New Complaint"

    Scars can be treated as early as 7 days post-injury. However, if your scar is less than 6 weeks old, please email bkinect@gmail.com with details prior to booking to ensure suitability.

  • Buccal Sculpting Facial

    60mins - £70

    More than just a refresh — this facial lifts, sculpts, and revitalizes from within. Using high-quality products and advanced intraoral techniques, we work with the lymphatic system to de-puff, release facial tension, and reveal a more contoured, youthful appearance. Ideal for stress relief and that inner glow.

    *Please note if you have recent aesthetic injectables then there is a period where you cannot receive these treatments.

    **Please be aware that appointments after 4pm can have distractions such as noise in the building.

  • 90min -Cost £130

Please note this is not suitable for people with impaired lymphatic system - such as lymphedema. Manual lymphatic drainage should be booked.

    **Botox within 2 weeks and dermal fillers within 1 month is a contraindication for facials.

  • This home study allows 6 months to study and then sit an in person multiple choice exam to gain Level 3 A&P qualification.
