Kinetic Chain Release

What is Kinetic Chain Release (KCR)?

KCR is a very safe & simple, yet profound sequence of very gentle stretches & mobilisations if the joints taken from physiotherapy which was developed by Hugh Gilbert PT. This has been designed to correct a leg length difference & bring the body back into its natural dynamic, energised, active & lively state in just one treatment. Approximately 96% of us at present have one leg longer than the other. Many people walk about with an imbalance, yet to have one leg longer than the other doesn’t seem to create pain for everyone, but for those it does, over time, the pain may get worse & may be the cause of many other seemingly unrelated physical conditions.

KCR has helped many thousands of individuals, from chronic pain & disability clients ( in many cases disability disappearing ) to injured athletes from amateur to professional & Olympic levels. Apart from curing many chronic illnesses, KCR GUARANTEES improved athletic performance & helps relieve aches & pains that many people suffer in everyday life. KCR brings the body back into its natural dynamic, active, lively state & energy levels will increase dramatically when the body is in balance!

KCR can also help bring relief & often eliminate some if the following conditions:

Carpal tunnel syndrome
Chronic fatigue syndrome
Chronic knee problems
